She was predeceased by: her grandparents, August, Clara Lubs, Arthur and Lucille Wagner; and her brother Steven Wagner.
She is survived by: her parents, Roger E. Wagner and Alice Wagner (Lubs); her sister Elizabeth Kemp (Wagner); her brother-in-law Robert Kemp; her niece Michelle Forbes (Nicholas); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Morrison and Henric Forbes; and her niece Jacqueline Kemp (Jeff Nicholson).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Dubuque Humane Society, hospice of Dubuque or St. Jude's Hospital in memory of Leslie.
