He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Woodward and Carolyn Woodward (Eastlick); his wife Debra "Deb" Langkamp; his grandson Owen John Purl Woodward; his sister Kristi Loeffelholz (Tim); his mother-in-law Hazel Langkamp; his brother Paul Langkamp (Pam); his close friends, Kevin, Loretta Newswanger, Kayla, Jordan and Sara; his son Ryan; his father-in-law Ervin Langkamp; and his nephew Joshua Langkamp. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
