He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Woolsey and Dorothy Woolsey (Coughlin). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Burns; his stepdaughters, Pamela Burns and Monica Nordgren; his siblings, Susan Ward Hotchkiss and Tom; and his sister-in-law Tania Wolsey.
