It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Brugger of Platteville, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Brugger and Mary Brugger (Richards); his wife Sharon Bendorf (Gunderson); his son Gale Bendorf; his granddaughter Leslie Ann Marx; his great grandchild Gwendolyn Hope Cushman; his son-in-law Jeffry Marx; his siblings, Paul, David, Mark Brugger and Barbara Osborn; and his siblings-in-law, Virgil Bendorf, Renay and Nancy Brugger.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Brugger (Janet), Carol Marx, Brenda Jansen (Stephan), Tim Brugger, Del Rae Cushman (Steve), Dwayne Bendorf, Jr., Susan Elgin (Paul) and Melody Severson (Paul); his siblings, Tom Brugger (Marilyn), James Brugger (Mary), Steven Brugger, Kevin Brugger (Kathy), Mary Bendorf, Kristine Becker (Dwaine) and LeeAnn Stark; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Brugger and Robert Osborn. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
