She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martens and Janet Martens (Reiter); her husband Richard K. Rice; and her brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Eustice. She is survived by: her grandson Draven; her children, Angela Rice and Draven Howard; and her siblings, Jean Ann Eustice, Jon "Butch" Martens (Diana), Jeff Martens (Donna), James Martens (Andrea), Jay Martens (Evelyn) and Julie Martens. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
