He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Cushman; his children, Gary (Cathy Hilfer) and Beatrice Thuli (Rick Davidson); his grandchildren, Ryan Bentz (Amy), Brittany, Blake, Brock Cullen and Trevor Thuli (Skye Vickerman); his great grandchildren, Dalton, Evan, Avery, Kensley, Kipton, Tayden and Brinley; and his siblings, Lynda Munoz (Trinidad), Naida McKay (Dave), Ralph Cullen and Lynn Cullen (Carol).
