She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wunderlin and Laura Wunderlin (Linden); her spouse Dale Lefler; her children, Sharon Livingston and Dick Kitto; her grandson Steve Bockhop; and her siblings, Kathleen Schulte, Lawrence, Ray, David, Donald, Cletus and Stan.

She is survived by: her children, Sandy Osterhaus (Mark), Gary Lefler (Jane), Jack Kitto, Marci and Jody Bender; her brothers, Mark and Wayne Wunderlin (Kris); and her sister-in-law Carol R. Wunderlin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church, Platteville.

Dr. & Vel Steidinger lit a candle

“Doris Kitto was a loyal and trusted employee of our medical office in a very important capacity for a number of years. We became close friends during that time and after her retirement. We’re very sorry we can not attend her services. We send our condolences to her family and close friends. At our last meeting with Doris she sat with Vel and me at the head of the table. It was our honor to have her with us. It will be a sad for us to miss seeing her when we visit in Platteville.”
