He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Marian Hoffman (Specht); his grandson Cody Womack; and his brother Troy Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Melisa Womack, Jeb Hoffman, Charles Hoffman and Tamara Hoffman; his grandchildren, Josh, Jourdan Womack, Paiden Kastner, Taddly Hoffman and Adriana Eastlick; his great grandchild Oaklyn Marie Munson; and his siblings, Judy Iverson (Ron), Shelly Knox (Duane) and Larry Hoffman (Terrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
