It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte H Heer (Platteville, Wisconsin), born in Lancaster, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 28, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Keehner and Hazel Keehner (Pringle); her daughter-in-law Karen Heer; and her siblings, Carol Nelson and Bob Keehner.
She is survived by: her spouse James W. Heer; and her sons, James Heer (Susan), Richard Heer, Michael Heer (Cheryl) and Larry Heer (Patti). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
