He was predeceased by: his mother Julie Wendt (Krist); his grandparents, Paul Krist, Marvel and Katherine Wendt; and his friend Fleet.
He is survived by: his father Donald Wendt (Julie); his wife Taylor Wendt; his stepson Dustin Metz; his children, Skylar Wendt and Zeke Wendt; his grandmother Betty Krist; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Howers, Diane Witter (Bernie) of North Freedom, Judy Olson (Larry) of New Mexico, Robert Wendt (Karen) of Mayville, Dolly Mirus (Russell) of Iowa, Dale Wendt (Patty) and Danny Wendt. He is also survived by close friends, cousins and coworkers.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Community Center (702 Elizabeth St, Cambria, WI 53923).
