He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sullivan and Ilah Sullivan (Keenlance); and his siblings, Charles "Butch" Sullivan (Lori) and Susan Kaye Sullivan. He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Sullivan (Dee) and Dennis Sullivan (Cindy); his half-brother Eugene Sullivan; and his nieces and nephews, Riley, Nathan, Troy, Trent, Travis Sullivan, Kimberly and Natalie Sullivan. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
