He is survived by: his wife Theresa Vines; his children, Carrie Jenson (Ben), Jonathan Vines (Mike) and Carissa Vetter (Brian); and his grandchildren, Bailynn, Coltyn, Levi, Aaron, Brian, Mabel, Joshua, Peter and Elijah Richard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
