He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Leutik and Florence Leutik (Mitchell); and his brother David Leutik. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Minniti (Vince) of Naperville, IL., Anthony Leutik of Forest Park, IL, Marlena Leutik of Rochelle, IL and Garrett Leutik; his stepdaughter Donna Proenzano of Wonder Lake, IL.; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Mackenzie, Anthony Leutik, Anthony Freeman, Adriana, Antonia, Parker and Brogan; and his siblings, Matthew Leutik (Melissa) of Belvedere, IL, Michael Leutik (Cindy) of Glen Ellyn, IL and Connie Moug (Tom) of Streamwood.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Peter's name to the DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Verdun Chapter # 33 would be appreciated as Peter was an avid supporter of the Disabled Veterans.
