She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Reuben Johnson and Hazel Johnson (Randall); her husband Earl Caves; her grandson Cory Caves; her great grandchild Tristen Nigh; and her brothers, Clark Johnson and Richard Rickerson of Colorado. She was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
