He is survived by: his wife Tena Carroll; his stepdaughter Heather Janzen (Gary Burmeister) of Wautoma, WI; his grandchildren, Spencer Kostka (Samantha), Jacob Dresback (Heather), Louie Dresback (Kat), Aunesti Kostka, Megan Lienemann-Dresback (Nick), Shelby Kostka, Christopher Kostka (Elle), Corinne Kostka (Josh) and Adam Kostka; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Weston and Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul's Catholic Church.
