She is survived by: her mother Linda McCormick (Polz); her siblings, John McCormick (Karen) and Kelley Kemnetz (Jeremy); her nieces and nephews, Megan Hladis (Chris), Karley Kemnetz, John Thor, Chase and Cameron Kemnetz; her great-nephews, John and Lukah Hladis; and her great-niece Maci. She is also survived by other siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins.
