He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris J. Hoffman and Luverne C. Hechemovich Hoffman; and his father-in-law Edward Pattee. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Pattee; his wife Barb; his children, DeAnna Kasper (Tony) of Beaver Dam, Darrin (Michelle) of Sturtevant, WI and Daane Hoffman (Alanna) of Winthrop Harbor, IL; his sister-in-law Pat Frank (Larry) of Fox Lake, WI; and his mother-in-law Joyce Pattee of Waupun. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
