She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Hughes and Tillie Hughes (Griener); her husband Gordon Nelson; and her grandson Jeffrey Schmick. She is survived by: her children, Sue Schmick (late Jim), Jean Schwinn (Douglas), Rita Williams (late Larry), Carol Nelson, David Nelson (Cathy), Diane Beigel (Mike), Art Nelson and Bev Beigel (Tim); her grandchildren, Ronald Schmick, Jackie Schmick, John Schwinn, Michael Schwinn, Stephen Schwinn, Chad Williams, Casey Olson, Justin McMillan, Keith Nelson, Eric Nelson, Natasha Nelson, Matt Beigel, Melissa Pray, Austin Beigel, Amber Gordon, Brett Beigel, Mallory Rutkowski, Morgan Warzynski and Joseph Beigel; and her brother Donald Hughes (California). She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
