He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Elliott and Ellen Elliott (Ellis); his son-in-law Vernon Goman; his granddaughter Heather Tomschin; his sister Phyllis Rieves; and his brothers-in-law, Jake Davison, Albion Cummings, Joseph Leinweber and Norman Rieves.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Elliott; and his children, Thomas Elliott (Kathy) of Plainfield, Patricia Nigh (Elwyn) of Plainfield, Pam Tomschin (Terry) of Coloma and Louise Goman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
