Howell-Erickson of Plainfield, Wisconsin, born in Redgranite, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Schmackel and Velma Schmackel Sr. (Johnston); her former husband Richard Howell; and her husband Emil Erickson. She is survived by: her children, Ruth Challoner (Lonnie), Sandra Howell (Artie Gorham), Brian Howell, Randy Erickson (Lori) and Michelle Huber; and her sister Doris Smeltzer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
