With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Gerald Fargen (Plain, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Fargen and Katherine Ann Faber; his brother Dennis Fargen; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Arkie Pickel (Denman).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Bucky), Ellen and Katie; his wife Jean Karen Pickel (Bar); his children, Erin Fargen of Allen Texas, Bucky Fargen of Plain, Ellie (Justin Kealiher), Kate (Raj Ghatadi Suraji) and Jazmin Koenig of Minneapolis, Minnesota.; his niece Christine Ripley; his great-nephew Gavin; his siblings, Edward and Joanne Ripley (Ron); his grandchildren, Chasadie, Dion, Brody, Talon, Aanya and Rohan; his close friends, Greta Koenig and Ben Biser; and his pets, Penny and Honey. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was proud to sponsor children in third world countries and to give freely to charity organizations like St. Jude and even to people he had never met that he heard were in need.
