He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McCluskey and Maxine McCluskey (Scallon); and his brothers, Eugene, John and Tommy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen McCluskey of Mays Landing, Tim McCluskey (Shirley) of Plain and Maureen Springer (Jerry) of Portage. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Carbone Cancer Center in Madison would be appreciated.
