He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frank and Anita Frank. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Schweiss (Bob) of Plain, Bill Frank of Spring Green, Lanny Frank of Plain, Sally Schweiger (Ken) of Boscobel, Matt Frank of Verona, Ken (Sheryl) of Plain and Dan Frank of Plain. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice, UW Carbone Cancer Center, or 4Pete Sake.
