He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann "Lindy" Hetzel; his grandson Scott; his daughters, Diane Emerson (Steve), Jean Tretow (Mike), Lynne Tretow (Bob), Ann Lins (Mark) and Julie Barske (Leonard); his grandchildren, Steven (Kim), Michael (Mary), Fr Scott, Tim Emerson (Mandy), Ryan, Nick Tretow, Sarah, Matthew, Greg, Paul Lins, Elizabeth, Jack and Luke Barske; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kaylie, Jacob Emerson, Brianna, Caleb and Jared Emerson; his brother Joe (Catherine); and his sister-in-law Jean Heiser (Dick).
