He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horn and Elizabeth Horn (Rose); his grandson Noah Horn; and his siblings, Dempsey, Mitchel, Clarence, Joe, Willard, Francis, Dorothy, Cynthia and Florence.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rohloff; his children, David Horn (Bonnie) of Random Lake, WI and Teri Keehn (Kevin) of Hartland, WI; his grandsons, Spenser and Jacob; and his sister Lois Jean French of Portland, OR. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for causes that Leroy held dear.
