She was predeceased by: her husband Carl R. Horn; and her siblings, Edward James Jr. and Betty Tubbs. She is survived by: her sons, Carl Horn Jr. (Virginia) of Wisconsin Rapids, Mark Horn of Vesper and Kevin Horn of Vesper; her grandchildren, Cassandra and Nick Horn; her sister Carol Michalik (Allen) of O'Fallon, MO.; and her sister-in-law Ann Christensen.
