He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Minor and Marlene Minor (Emmerick); his wife Paula Lippert; his children, Patrick and Sara Minor; his brother Steven Neumann (Karla) of Kronenwetter; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Peterson (David) of Marshfield and Chad Lippert (Lori Luther) of Pittsville; and his mother-in-law Patricia Lippert of Marshfield.
