He was predeceased by: his parents, James Peterson and Clara Hansen Peterson; his siblings, Josephine Wrage and Herman Peterson; and his son Barry C Peterson (Jody).
He is survived by: his brother Clayton Peterson; his wife Joan Lindvig Peterson; his children, Jeffrey L Peterson (Londa), Rebecca L Wade (Sharrick) and James H Peterson (Lorinda); his grandchildren, Jason (Stephany), Whitney (Kyle), Morgan (Louis), Claire, Molly, Summer and Cherish; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Zoey, Abigail, Logan, Lorelai, Jonah, Ivan and Beau.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in LeRoy's memory may be made to The Christian and Missionary Alliance Great Commission Fund; and Samaritan's Purse.
