He is survived by: his wife Joyce Folletz; his children, Lynn Thiel (Tim) and Mark Eberhart (Karrie); his grandchildren, Rachael Avery (Ryan), Emily Pionke (Jonathon), Chloe Wittchow (Cody), Alison Niescier (James) and Lucas Eberhart; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Wittchow, Elliott and Alaina Avery; his brother Art Eberhart (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Folletz (Sue) and Pearl Folletz. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
A memorial has been established in his name.
