He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dodd and Ethel Dodd (Lewis); his wife Mary Fields; his grandsons, Devan Beal and Andrew McGeehen; his great grandchild Angel Henriksen; his siblings, John Dodd (Marion), Arthur Dodd, George Dodd, Bill Dodd, Edward Dodd, Tom Dodd and Betty Zarling (Oscar); and his brothers-in-law, John Kasper and Dennis Ewald.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Pongratz (William) and Eugene Dodd; his grandchildren, Jamie Henriksen (DJ), Shannon McGeehen, Sara Heine (Josh) and Derek Henriksen; his sisters, Evelyn Kasper and Dorothy Ewald; and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Dodd and Linda Dodd. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials will be donated to Utica Volunteer Fire Department, Grace Lutheran Church in Pickett and Fisk Fire in the Sky.
