He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bier and Agnes "Aggie" Bier; and his stepfather Jack Gatzke. He is survived by: his wife Peggie Flanagan; his close friend Kris Koplitz of Pickett, WI; his daughter Heather Delforge (Josh); his grandchildren, Owen, Sydney and Lilly of Freedom, WI; his son Col. Joel Bier (Nicole); his grandchildren, Eva and Leo; his former wife Peggie Churchill of Santa Fe, NM.; his cousin Dennis Bier (John Belmont); and his pets, Skidder and Joe Buster.
Due to the current health precautions/pandemic, we will have a celebration of Dewey's life open to all that knew and loved him in the warmer months of 2021.
