He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Kamps and Christine Kamps (Hayek); his spouse Gail Schlais; his daughters, JoAnne Parsons (Lee) and Julie Librande (David); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Parsons (Tammy), Dells of Wisconsin, Hope Oswald (Chris), White, Karl Parsons, Katlin Bradley, Roby Parsons and Cody Parsons (Kimmie); his great grandchildren, Carl, Angeline and Andrew Parsons; and his siblings, Jerome Kamps (Jeanette), Clarence "Sam" Kamps (Janet) and Audrey Chrudimsky (Floyd). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
