He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Holoubek and Frances Holoubek; his son Kenneth; and his siblings, Sylvia Tom, Elsie Marsh, Sadie Dragovich, Pansy Soul, Tom, Charles and Laddie.
He is survived by: his wife Adela; his children, Mark of Stevens Point and Beth Bryan (Daniel) of Phillips; and his grandchildren, Nathan (Kayce), Kaleigh Loken (Matt), Jessica Bryan and Steven Bryan (Melinda). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
