He was predeceased by: his parents, Reino Knihtila and Alberta Knihtila (LeFavor); and his stepfather Melvin Lind. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Joshua, Adam, Matt (Charissa) and TJ (Jess); and his brother Bob (Nancy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends.
