He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Lindsay and Alvilda Lindsay (Anderson); his wife Louise Kenney (Koshak); and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his sister Sandra Booth; his niece Staci Jansen (Jeff); his nephews, James Booth, Jeffrey Booth (Rachael) and Madison; and his caregiver Pam.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Catkins Humane Society, PO Box 28 Fifield, WI 54524.
