Smith, Terry Julian, Rev Donna and Martin Gustin.

He is survived by: his wife Ester Smith; his children, Bart Smith and Debra Hendrix; his siblings, Dennis Smith and Essie Barnhart; his grandchildren, Mason Smith, Jennifer Hale, Leslie Shed, Amie Orr, Bret Smith and Greg Smith; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Hale, Autumn Shed, Weston Shed, Dalton Orr, Austin Orr, Sullivan Smith, Layla Smith and Atticus Smith.
