He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hughes; his brothers, Bill and Gordie; and his brothers-in-law, Bernie and Dino.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Hughes; his siblings, Debbie (Tom) of Pullman, WA, Linda of Portland, OR, Ron (Holly) of Fort Worth, TX and Sandy of Nashville, TN; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly (Greg), Heather, James, Kate (Russell), Brandy (Tyler), Jonny, Robby and Gordon; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addy, Gemma, Ellie, Will, Millie and Colton.
The family recommends donations to the Red Apple Center in Phillips, Wisconsin, or Special Olympics.
