She is survived by: her husband Lynn Heinz of Phillips, WI; her children, Stephanie Kotke (Sam) of Phillips, WI, Amber Michek (Zack) of Thornton, CO and Jesse Heinz (Hannah) of Phillips, WI; her grandchildren, Allie, Aiden and Austin Kotke of Phillips, WI; her children, Pavel, Marek Michek of Thornton, CO, Lincoln and Lucy Heinz of Phillips, WI; her mother Rose Anna Sokolowski (Lang); her siblings, Delores Eberhart, Suzan Polacek (Bill), Edward Madlon and Anna Brockman (Brian); and her parents-in-law, Teresa Madlon, Lori Hale (Tim) and Pete Heinz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
