He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Holoubek and Frances Holoubek; his wife Dolores Breit; his grandson Bryant Hainy; and his siblings, Sylvia Tom, Elsie Marsh, Sadie Dragovich, Pansy Soul and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Sue Hainy (Ed), Kevin and Bruce (Coreyne); his grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer Hainy, Carmelitta and Melinka Holoubek; and his brother Stanley (Adela).
