With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth J. Simpson of Phillips, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Simpson and Francess Simpson; his siblings, Annette Nowicki and Edwin "Pat"; his stepdaughter-in-law Tracy Curtis; and his close friend Dale Meives.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne Knaack; his children, Kevin, Keith, Kimberlee Nuernberger (Jason) and Mitchell Curtis; his grandchildren, Kyle Nicks (Logan Rindt), Kasee Nicks, Cayden Wenzel (Cameron), Max Curtis (Ciara), Georgia Curtis (Ben) and Sophia Curtis; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Quinn and Ellowyn; his sister Sharon Simpson Lee Simpson (Brenda); his cousin Diane Gierman; and his close friends, Bill Leonard and Bill Knaack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home (284 Chestnut St, Phillips, WI 54555). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
