She is survived by: her husband Joe Hlavacek; her sons, Michael (Pennie), Steven (Michelle) and Jamie (Lori); her grandchildren, Josh, Garret and Emily; her great grandchildren, Cain and Ayden; and her siblings, Donald Oesau (Shirley), Jim Oesau (Judy) and Shirely Longenhagen (Keith). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
