It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Stadter of Phillips, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stadter and Ruth Stadter (DeGroodt); his parents-in-law, Don and Colleen; his brothers, Ed and Tim; his siblings-in-law, Julius, Dan, Brian and Trish; and his nephew Tommy.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Vanderploeg; his children, Colleen Geurts (Brian), Julie Vyskocil (Jim) and Kevin Stadter (Jill); his grandchildren, James (Robin), Kevin, Brett (Emily), Stephanie, Jessie, Brianna, Caitlyn, Courtney and Sierra; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Cameron and Chevelle; and his siblings, Ruth, Loretta, Bill (Carol), Mary, Joyce, Bruce (Tracey), Dennis (Karen), Keith (Kathy), Jim (Cindy), Wayne and Gail. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
