He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Stephani and Mary Stephani (Hooyman); and his siblings, Mike, Jim Stephani and Rosanne Hofacker.

He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Randy Stephani (Kerry), Brian Stephani (Jenny), Tim Stephani (Nicole), Cindy Kuettner (Matt) and Amy Stephani; his sisters, Mary Ellen Hofacker, Cathy Green (Rich) and Ann Weyenberg (Rick); and his sister-in-law Janice Stephani. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
