It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances M. Palmer of Phillips, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Fox and Nelda Fox (Ziemer); her husband Richard Palmer; her son-in-law Myron Hrad; and her sister Florence.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia Zimmer (David) of Rice Lake, WI, Larry (Sharon) of Eau Claire, WI, Kathleen Hrad of Phillips and Darcy Olson (Kurt) of Hills, MN; her grandchildren, Alycia Dickinson (John), Brennan Palmer (Lisa), Abram Palmer (Katrina), Ben Zimmer (Caitlin), Anna Zimmer, Christina Hrad and Aaron Hrad (Trista); and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Wade, Judah, Aaliya, Taaron and Kalynn.
