She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sr. Polacek and Emily Polacek (Kiska); her husband Emil Foytik; and her brother Tom Polacek (Mary) of Charles, JR.. She is survived by: her children, Diane, David (Karen), Mary Jackson, Dana Janssen (Jay), Nancy Kofler (Joe) and Neil (Barb); her sisters-in-law, Violet Foytik and Alice Polacek; her sisters, Margaret Schirmer (Ray), Dorothy Olson (Harry) and Mary Warga (Steve); and her grandchildren, Emily and Adam. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
