He is survived by: his wife Frances Polacek; his children, Diane, David (Karen), Mary Jackson, Dana Janssen (Jay), Nancy Kofler (Joe) and Neil (Barb); and his sister-in-law Violet. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
