He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Boehm and Art Boehm; and his siblings, Art, Ralph, Leroy, Jerry, Julian, Leonard, Robert, Joyce Thompson and Julie Boehm.

He is survived by: his wife Viola Boehm; his children, Ken Boehm (Ann), Jeff Boehm (Susan) and Roseann Theilman; his grandchildren, Derek, David, Melissa Theilman, Tara Sprange, Theresa Boehm, Alise Jablonsky, Gabby Hastreiter and Alex Boehm; and his great grandchildren, AJ Blaser and Allie Jablonsky.
