She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Sr. Novak and Jennie Novak; her husband Patrick Andrus; and her brothers, Frank, John and Jim.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Will (Mark) of Prentice, Pennie Wild (Rick) of Winnemucca, NV, Lisa Bleck (Jason) of Winnemucca, NV and Patrick Jr. of Austin, MN; her grandchildren, Dani, Skylyr, Logan (Tom), Richie (Anna), Maya (Tristan), Chelsea (Crystal), Shayne, Raven, Dillon and William; her great grandchildren, Kitana, Kinsley, Ryder and Quintyn; her siblings, Joe, Bob, Tony of Phillips, WI, Bill of Fort Collins, CO and Irma Neitzel of Hot Springs, AR; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Carden and Louise Klepac.
