She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stephanek and Frances Stephanek (Foytik); and her husband Walter Zydzik. She is survived by: her children, Walter Zydzik (Myra) and Phyllis Zydzik; and her brother Frederick Stephanek. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren.
