It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick Moore of Phelps, Wisconsin, born in Antigo, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George and Jessie Moore; his brother William Moore; and his half-brothers, George Moore II and Donald Moore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
